Through practice on the implementation of BIM technology into selected ongoing projects, this course is designed to teach students how to integrate the knowledge of civil engineering, BIM, and management technologies for addressing various issues involved in BIM implementation.
- Course ObjectiveAfter taking this course, the students should be able to: -- understand the issues involved in the implementation of BIM technology into an AEC project; -- integrate the knowledge across civil engineering, BIM, and management technologies for a successful BIM implementation.
- Course RequirementThe students should have taken the [Technology and Application of BIM] course at NTU or the equivalent (e.g. both [BIM for Engineers: Fundamentals] & [BIM for Engineers: Applications] courses on Coursera).
