  • 課程概述
    特定的社會與生態特徵交織塑造了一地的脆弱度和韌性,而這個特徵更決定了一地所能承受環境衝擊的程度,以及其從中恢復的能力。透過策略性的環境規劃和管理,可以復健遭受破壞的生態系統,將自然引入人居環境,重建人與自然的關聯,從而塑造了社會-生態韌性。 本課程介紹當代韌性理論的核心概念,透過理論框架來詮釋並評估社會-生態系統和韌性。課程單元包括生態規劃的關鍵概念與策略,如綠色基盤策略規劃、生態系統服務和自然解方...等近期備受國際關注的議題,培養學生以相關視角來進行城鄉韌性分析與規劃的能力。本課程強調在做中學,將結合講座、國內外案例研究、實地調查,以團隊合作等方式來進行城鄉韌性規劃提案。本學期的課程將與日本東京大學及英國開放大學合作進行移地教學,介紹日本福島的生態防減災與重建案例。
  • 課程目標
    1. 學習環境規劃與管理中有關於韌性的核心概念。 2. 瞭解生態規劃的關鍵理論、策略與實踐。 3. 練習以理論來評估社會與生態特徵而產生的脆弱度與韌性。 4. 提出策略以改善社會生態韌性以面對極端氣候。
  • 課程要求
    1.Reading allocated literature in advance and discussing these in the class. 2.Conducting field work where necessary outside of core class hours. 3.Collaborating with classmates to undertake a final project.

    Note: 本學期本課程包含海外參訪,請注意下列說明 1) This year, the course will include an overseas field trip about Eco-DRR (Ecological Disaster Risk Reduction) in Fukushima in Japan in collaboration with the University of Tokyo (Japan) and Open University (UK). Students are encouraged to participate in the Japan trip, and travel allowances will be provided for those who excel in the class. 2) The date for the overseas field trip to Japan may be subject to change based on the schedule of our partner institutes.
