  • 課程概述
    The course provides a broad overview of corporate finance and also case studies. As such, this course will be primarily descriptive and will involve some elementary corporate finance theories.
  • 課程目標
    Primary objectives are: (1) to familiarize you with the principles and techniques of financial management; (2) to help you develop and sharpen your analytic abilities in financial management; and (3) to apply the financial management knowledge and skills in decision-making process in corporations. (4) to analyze the real-world decision-making of chief executive officers (CEOs) and chief financial officers (CFOs).
