  • 課程概述
    本課程旨在說明心理健康與疾病之關聯,以及壓力對身心疾病的影響,課程目的在促進大學生自我省思身心健康議題,學習自我照顧,並能發揮關懷他人的力量達到社會關懷的目的。介紹之內容將涵蓋失眠、焦慮、憂鬱乃至於自殺的成因與處置的簡介,並強化學生對壓力管理與心理健康促進之概念。此外,課程內容將強調個人省思自殺迷思對自身之影響、認識自己的壓力與健康促進需求、了解自殺防治守門人的角色功能、心理健康溝通技巧及其對自殺防治的重要性,其中守門人如何運用篩檢工具辨識需要幫助者之需求、如何與高危險群溝通及回應以利後續轉介醫療體系或進一步處置,將藉由自我學習、團體討論、同儕互動學習與教師講授等方法,促進學習成效。
