  • Course Description
    本課程是以醫技系大三學生為授課對象,學程一學期,課程內容包括:常見臨床細菌及黴菌之分離與鑑定方法、各種試驗之原理探討。採上課及實驗並行。學生在實驗課中可學習如何配製染色液、培養基、觀察細菌特性及結果判讀。本課程特別注重至醫院檢驗醫學部實習前之專業技術訓練.以其達到培養國家優秀專業醫檢人員之目的. 此外，課程亦讓學生了解細菌生物技術基本原理，並實際動手操作練習。內容包括基本cloning技術、 偵測基因表現、reporter plasmid的建立及應用等
