1.本課程適合中級二以上程度的學習者，也就是至少學習完《新版實用視聽華語三》，能掌握 2200 個以上中文詞彙量，或是在臺灣中文學習總時數達到 490 小時 (或在其他國家地區達 980 小時) 的學生，或已通過臺灣TOCFL華語文能力測驗進階級或HSK漢語水平考試第 4 級的學生。 This class is limited to students of Intermediate 2 Chinese level (or above). They should have finished at least the textbook, Practical Audio Visual Chinese 3, or be capable of more than 2200 Chinese vocabulary or have taken Chinese classes for more than 490 hours in Taiwan (in other countries, students should have taken Chinese classes for more than 980 hours). Students who pass TOCFL Band B, Level 3 or HSK level 4 can also take this course. This class will be mainly given in Chinese. 2.本課程授課語言以中文為主，英文為輔 This class will be given in Chinese mainly, assisting with English.

1.本課程針對將來想投入華⼈市場工作的學生，創造不同的情境， 使其習得未來進行商務活動時，所 需運用的詞彙及文法。能運用中文簡報報告各種與商務相關的主題。 2.能運用中文簡報報告各種與商務相關的主題。

1.準時上課，不要遲到早退。 Attend the class on time, don’t be late for class or leave earlier than scheduled. 2.課中請勿抽菸、喝酒和吃東西。 No alcohol, No smoking and No food is allowed in class. 3.課中請勿使用手機和電子產品。(除了電子辭典外)。 No cell phones and No electronics. (Except electronic dictionary.) 4.課堂中不說中文以外的語言。 Only “Chinese” in class. 5.專心聽講，勿交頭接耳。 Full attention is required, no chatting in class. 6.準時交作業。 Submit the homework on time. 7.一定要帶課本，沒有課本會影響平時成績。 Remember to bring the textbook . 8.尊重同學的發言權和受教權。 Respect classmates’ right to speak and the right of learning. 9. 你的出席率和遲到次數會影響最後的平常表現成績。如果超過1/3沒來上課，本學期「出席與平時成績」 不及格。 Your absence and number of times being late will inflect attendance and class participation grade. If you don’t attendant the class over 1/3, your attendance and class participation score will be under 60. ※ 如果有正當理由缺考必須在一週內補考，超過一週不予補考。 If you have a proper reason and miss the quiz/test for each lesson, you have to make-up in one week. If you miss, you’ll get 0.
