    RADIO FREQUENCY INTEGRATED CIRCUITS (RFICS) ARE ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS IN UBIQUITOUS WIRELESS COMMUNICATION DEVICES. THIS COURSE WILL BEGIN WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF RADIO FREQUENCY TECHNOLOGY. THE DESIGN OF PASSIVE AND ACTIVE RF COMPONENTS USED IN RF TRANSCEIVERS WILL BE COVERED. THE PURPOSE OF THE COURSE IS TO EQUIP THE STUDENTS WITH THE BACKGROUND FOR DOING RFIC DESIGN.
