    Contents - Semiconductor Scaling Landscape/roadmap - What is inside the chip; building blocks - Advanced CMOS Transistors - Planar; FinFET; GAA/nanosheet/nanowires; 3D Stacking/CFETs, UTB/2D-Material Channel FET - Device design and electrical parameters 101 - SCE Lg; low-K Sp/Epi, Gate stack/Vt tuning, and contact resistance - Device and process variability; Layout Effects - Reliability and thermal modeling - Advanced Interconnect including EUV, airgap, and material improvement - Digital Logic Lib - SRAM - Analog, Mixed Signals and RF - Diode (Thermal and ESD), MIMCAP, Precision Resistor, MCAP, Varactors - PDK SPICE Model, IP core in Semiconductors - DTCO; Ground Rules; and PPAC - 3DIC and System Integration

    - To develop a sound understanding of leading-edge semiconductor device and technology - To develop the general skills for analyzing and designing semiconductor devices
