  • Course Description
    在日益變化快速的環境,我們需要不斷解決陌生問題,才能持續產生價值,持續自我驅動成長,追求熱情所在與成就。解決陌生問題需要強化4項領域的能力: 1 - 與人互動的能力:包括與決策者,利害關係人,以及共事團隊的互動效能 2 - 操作基本工具的能力:包括界定問題,邏輯樹,篩選項目,故事線,論證效果,論證效益,規劃落地 3 - 處理資訊的能力:包括訪談,問卷,實驗,二手資料蒐集,分析 4 - 基本思維的能力:包括架構思維,逆向思維,假說思維,量化思維,批判思維,經濟思維 本門課核心為,讓6人小組,以一學期時間解決一家中小微企業所提供的真實待解問題。環繞此核心任務,提供22小時配合解題進度的課堂講授,11小時小組診斷,幫助解題小組學習與運用所學,並得到恰當回饋。本課程必須在2023.11.15前申請修課。有關課程詳細說明,請參閱臉書社團「解決問題理論與實務 CTPS」課程說明會錄影以及申請相關事宜。
