  • Course Description
    本課程首先會先介紹毒理學的基本原理,毒物的物化性質及其流佈過程 (吸收、分布、代謝、以及排泄),毒理代謝動力學 (Toxicokinetics) 以及毒物效應動力學 (Toxicodynamics) 將會逐一介紹。影響毒物流佈、毒性反應與機制也會一併討論,接著本課程將會介紹化學物質在環境中的流佈,配合課堂討論。最後將會解說應用在毒物代謝和環境毒理學上的新興技術,並配合實驗室參觀。
  • Course Objective
    學生具毒理學基本知識,了解毒物對身體危害及背後可能機制,關心環境與職業毒理相關議題並能做評論。
  • Course Requirement
    學生要了解毒理學的基本原理,及毒物的危害,課程結束後可以做初步學術性的批判。課程中學生將選一有興趣的毒化物,自行收集毒化物及毒理學相關資料、整理及報告。
