    本課程之目的在使同學瞭解資金之運用、籌措及管理之一些觀念及技 巧，並做為未來進行相關財務決策或進一步研究財務理論之基礎。

  • Course Requirement
    Students should work on homework assignments in teams of three members. Only one homework report should be submitted per team. The names of all team members should appear clearly on the front page of the report. The report should be limited to three pages, although additional exhibits may be included when necessary. Form your team as early as possible. I will help you with any difficulty in finding your partners. Please note that there will be a peer evaluation at the end of the semester.

  • Grading
    1. NTU has not set an upper limit on the percentage of A+ grades.
