  • Course Description
    本課程將透過介紹法學論證的方法與論文資料蒐集的基本途徑，帶領同學逐步熟悉法學研究的核心技巧。課程安排中，學生將實際演練法學論證的基礎架構，並學習如何有效運用判例、學說與相關資料，以支持法律見解。同時，教師將提出課題，要求同學撰寫一篇不超過三千字的小論文，作為實務演練成果。在此過程中，將特別強調遵守學術倫理的重要性，培養學生獨立思考、規範引用與正確表達之能力，使其能逐步建立學術研究的基本素養。成績考核以出席(含上課表現)與報告為主。課程進度等詳細內容待授課時與修課同學討論後亦有調整可能。本課程缺席認定與點名方式依進修推廣學院公告。 ※依照學則，缺席超過1/3會被扣考期末考/報告，因此會不及格(成績欄為「X」)，敬請注意。
