It covers financial statement analysis, time value of money, cash flow analysis, bond pricing, stock pricing, capital budgeting, risk and returns, cost of capital, raising new capital, capital structure, payout policy, and Merger and acquisition.
- Course ObjectiveThis course will help students to get the background knowledge of corporate finance management, which will be necessary for the future business administration and management studies.
- Course Requirement1. Please attend classes in time. I will check your attendance. 2. Homework assignments will be given throughout the semester. Late homework will not be accepted. You can discuss homework with your classmates. 3. A financial calculator is recommended. 4. We will have two quizzes, a midterm test, and the final test.
